Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Terabyte Academy, we strive to deliver high-quality training and learning experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling may be considered.
Important: Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Course Enrollment & Payments
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment of the applicable course fees.
- All fees paid are non-refundable, except in cases specifically mentioned in this policy.
- Fees are non-transferable between students or between different courses, unless approved by the management.
2. Cancellation by Student
- If a student wishes to cancel enrollment before the course begins, they must notify us in writing (via email or letter).
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%), after deduction of administrative charges.
- No refund will be provided once the course has started, regardless of attendance.
3. Cancellation by Terabyte Academy
- In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by Terabyte Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollments, trainer unavailability, or technical issues), students will be offered:
- A full refund, OR
- The option to transfer enrollment to another batch/course without extra cost.
4. Rescheduling & Batch Transfers
- Students may request a batch transfer (moving to another schedule of the same course) subject to seat availability and management approval.
- A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the request and timing.
- Rescheduling is allowed only once per enrollment.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7โ14 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only (bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.).
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Failure to attend classes (online/offline) due to personal reasons.
- Technical issues on the student's side (e.g., poor internet connection, hardware failure).
- Withdrawal after course commencement.
- Dissatisfaction with teaching style or course delivery (since demo classes/previews may be offered before enrollment).
